Attention: Winery Event Center Neighbors – County enforcement relies on you requesting they investigate violations With the new Winery Event Ordinance, existing wineries may start offering daily food service and holding more evening events. If this increase in hospitality use begins prior to the winery applying for and receiving a Modified Use Permit, this is a code violation that may increase negative impacts such as noise and unsafe traffic conditions, not to mention competition with our local restaurants.
